Why does the corporate news medias ignore reporting on the Universal National Service Act of 2006? - prior acts coverage
Although there is some media coverage, Rangel initiative before the official presentation of the bill, there was a deafening silence: Since February 2006, not a single article or editorial that was printed in the Universal National Service Act in 2006.

HR 4752 or the project applies to all persons residing in the United States, including women aged 18 to 42 years to afford a [two years] period of military service or a period of civilian service in terms of national defense and homeland security and other purposes. "
The law applies to U.S. citizens and non-citizens, men and women. It seems a provision that exempted women who are pregnant and / or care of infants, children early in life.

Unbelievable. Never heard of this law. I do not know why the media reports about life as a development account for all of us.
I am glad that is the problem. I hope that enough people read and understand what is a big problem. I think that's how the whole project is not the intention. They are simply rename Universal National Service and not a lottery anymore, because each service is called.
