Fried Cheese
1 / 2 pound mozzarella cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
2 v. Tea. Flour
1 / 2 c. fine breadcrumbs
1 / 8 tsp. Paprika
Oil for frying
Cut cheese into 1 "squares. Set aside. Combine eggs and flour until smooth. In a shallow dish combine oil, bread crumbs and paprika. Heat until very hot, coat with breadcrumbs. Dip cheese into egg mixture seats then. Cheese fry in oil until they are golden brown on all sides. Serve with pizza sauce. 4 servings.
